Returns & Exchanges

At The Republic of Tea, we strive to ensure every sip is a delight; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns within 30 days of receipt. Please note that for quality and safety reasons, returned food and tea items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Minister of Customer Service via email or phone with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unopened tea or teaware in its original shipping box, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship to the Republic

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs, within 7 to 10 business days.
